Robert Augenstein, CPA – Partner

Rob oversees client and vendor relations for nexDimension. Prior to co-founding nexDimension, Rob worked for over nine years at Lighthouse Group, a leading national business partner for Microsoft Business Solutions offering financial, analytical and business intelligence solutions to mid-market companies and divisions of publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. Rob also provided consulting, accounting and tax services at Frazier & Deeter, one of Atlanta’s largest regional accounting firms. Additionally, he served as the CFO for two closely held companies, where he managed the operations of the accounting and technology departments and was also responsible for addressing their management information needs.

Rob is a CPA and holds a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. With over 20 years of financial and technology management experience, he is a proponent of incremental change to satisfy the information demands of growing businesses.

Michael Bodker, CPA – Partner

Mike provides leadership in devising services to support nexDimension’s clients. With over 20 years of experience serving clients in the areas of tax, accounting, business process re-engineering and technology vision, he works tirelessly to understand each client’s unique business issues to help determine how the combination of applying technology and process re-engineering can address them.

Mike now leads nexDimension’s Government Services practice. This allows him to leverage his experience as Mayor of the city of Johns Creek in Georgia, a city he was instrumental in founding in 2006. Mike also founded the North Fulton Municipal Association (NFMA) in 2007 and was elected as its first Chairman. Further, the Metro Atlanta Mayors Association (MAMA), a cooperative alliance of 65 mayors in the 10-county metro Atlanta region, selected Mike as its 2008-09 Chairman. Mike is also a Board Member and Chairs the Revenue & Finance Committee of the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA). He is a proven thought leader in topics related to local government and now uses this knowledge to help local governments improve using performance management techniques.

Prior to co-founding nexDimension, Mike was a partner at OmniVue Business Solutions, a leading hosting, managed services and consulting provider for users of Microsoft Dynamics software. He previously co-founded Lighthouse Group, a leading national business partner for Microsoft Business Solutions. He also worked at Deloitte & Touche and two local accounting firms. Mike is a technology consultant as well as a CPA who holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He is a member of The Georgia Society of CPAs and has an extensive background in the areas of accounting systems and taxation.

Ernie Eichenbaum – VP of Consulting Operations

Ernie brings over 15 years of enterprise software application experience to his role of VP of Consulting Operations. His background provides him the ability to truly understand how businesses can combine process improvements with software technologies to increase their competitive advantage. Ernie’s leadership skills and ability to recognize and respond to business challenges provide his team with the discipline and support necessary to meet clients’ needs and meet project goals.

Prior to joining nexDimension, Ernie held the position of VP of Strategic Initiatives at Infor Global Solutions and various project and product management positions with Avanade and Baan/SSA Global. Ernie’s responsibilities included business development, global business operations, project strategy and implementation, and the administration of project governance and risk management in the role of PMO Leader.

Ernie holds a B.Sc. in Management Engineering and Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Tel Aviv University. He is a board member of the Israel America Chamber of Commerce and served in the Israeli Army as a Company Commander in a Tank Battalion.

Michael Avraham, PMP – Director of Technology Services, Research and Development

Michael contributes over 17 years of experience in information systems solutions and products implementation for various business and enterprise functions, with a special emphasis on the Office of Finance. Michael possesses deep domain experience in architecting solutions to common business challenges, and he has served as subject matter expert and consultant through numerous implementations in the business analytics and decision support field.

Prior to joining nexDimension, Michael contributed and directed solution implementations in the fields of finance, sales, marketing, human resources, operations, compliance and external reporting in industry verticals such as telecommunications, healthcare, education, financial services, technology, and government. Michael’s certifications include PMP, ITIL V3, IBM Cognos BI, IBM Cognos TM1 Master Certification, and IBM Cognos FSR Developer. He is an experienced IBM Clarity trainer for both clients and partners.

Michael has earned a B.Sc. (Honors) in Industrial Systems Engineering and Business Management from the University of Westminster.
